Vineyards: Old vines located in Rioja Alavesa, mainly between Lapuebla de Labarca and Laguardia.
Varieties: 100% Viura grapes.
Production: After destemming, crushing and pressing, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks for two days at 4¼° C. After its racking, the must ferments clean for 20 days at 17¼° C.
Tasting: Straw yellow color with greenish tones. Its aromas are fruity and floral. In mouth it is light and very fresh.
