Solar de Estraunza Reserve
Description
Vineyards: Old vines located in Rioja Alavesa, mainly between Lapuebla de Labarca and Laguardia.
Varieties: 100% Tempranillo grapes.
Production: Destemming of grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; with pumping over and micro-oxygenation to obtain an optimum extraction of color, aromas and flavor.
Ageing: It stays for approximately 24 months in American and French oak barrels, and more than 18 months in our wine cellars under optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, where the wine matures and becomes harmonized.
Tasting: Cherry color and purple tones. Intense aromas with notes of toasted perfume and ripe fruit. In mouth it is a fleshy and very pleasant wine.
Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol.
