Vineyards: Old vines located in Rioja Alavesa, mainly between Lapuebla de Labarca and Laguardia. Varieties: 100% Tempranillo grapes. Production: Destemming of grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; with pumping over and micro-oxygenation to obtain an optimum extraction of color, aromas and flavor. Ageing: It stays for approximately 12 months in American and French oak barrels, and more than one year in our wine cellars under optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, where the wine matures and becomes harmonized. Tasting: Cherry red color with ruby tones. Fruity aromas with hints of vanilla and smoke. In mouth it is balanced and fine.
