Description
Vineyard: Old vines located in Rioja Alavesa, mainly between Lapuebla de Labarca and Laguardia.
Varieties: 100% Tempranillo grapes.
Production: Following the most natural methods, we carry out the malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Possible appearance of slight sediments that do not affect the extraordinary quality of this wine.
Ageing: Our Selected Vineyard remains in new French oak barrels for approximately 12 to 16 months. After bottling, the winery sets the date of its market release.
Tasting: Deep cherry red color with purple tones. Intense and complex aromas, ripe fruit standing out. With a soft entrance, fleshy in the mouth and balanced tannic flavours.
